The Challenge
Yuuni wanted to introduce a new line of beanies that feel cozy, feminine, and elevated, aligning with the brand’s soft and approachable identity. The goal was to move away from generic white-label products and develop a fully custom design— while maintaining a similar price level. At the same time, the beanies needed to be produced closer to the brand, using thoughtful materials and short transport routes without compromising on comfort or quality.
Our Solution
We designed a collection of soft, chunky-knit beanies in a palette of feminine tones — rose, taupe, and beige — carefully aligned with Yuuni’s visual identity. The focus was on creating a fabric that feels especially warm and comfortable, while maintaining a clean and wearable silhouette.
To strengthen brand recognition, we developed a woven Yuuni label in the brand’s signature colors, produced from cotton in Poland. The beanies themselves were also manufactured in Poland, ensuring short supply chains and close production oversight. Despite being fully custom-developed, the final product remained cost-competitive with previous white-label alternatives, offering a significant upgrade in both design and brand value.
