At GROW the Studio, we develop textiles and leather goods from concept to finished product - with a strong focus on material innovation, construction expertise, and sustainable sourcing. Our work spans handbags, accessories, garments, and packaging-related soft goods, combining aesthetic clarity with deep technical understanding.

What sets us apart is our in-house, cross-disciplinary team. Designers, tailors, artisans and technicians work side by side in our German atelier, allowing us to bridge fashion design and technical product development seamlessly. We understand how materials behave - how they fold, stretch, drape, reinforce, age, and perform in real use. This enables us to develop products that are not only visually refined, but structurally sound and production-ready.

A core strength of our studio lies in working with next-generation, biobased materials. From plant-protein alternatives and mycelium to nanocellulose and agricultural byproduct–based materials, we test, adapt, and translate innovative leather alternatives and textiles into functional products. We conduct hands-on material trials in-house, refine construction techniques, and develop prototypes that respect the unique properties of each material - rather than forcing them into conventional processes.
